Generally, we will accept all regular expenses in doing the work.  If you want us to handle any direct mail and representation on your behalf, you will need to provide us with your letterhead, brochures and any other promotional material for the campaign.

We reserve the right to review the basis of expenses to determine what is ordinary during the course of the project.  All other expenses incurred by Marketeers if required will be charged the customer at cost.
